Real Estate Damage Economics, LLC was founded by Dr. Randall Bell. As a socio-economist and appraiser who
specializes in property damage, Dr. Bell has consulted on Hurricane Katrina, the Bikini Atoll Nuclear Test Sites, the World
Trade Center and Flight 93 Crash Site; the largest climate, environmental and terrorist cases in recent history.
His professional qualifications also include the BP Oil Spill, Sgt. Yokoi Cave in Guam, Talum Mexico Resort, Northridge Earthquake, Bayou Corne Sinkhole, LA
Riots, Heaven’s Gate mass suicide mansion, as well as the OJ Simpson and JonBenet Ramsey crime scenes. His research has taken him from Chernobyl to Hiroshima and scientific
outposts in Antarctica.
For 15 years, Dr. Bell served as the CEO of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC. Prior to this, he directed the real estate damages practice at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. He sits on the Advisory Board of the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington, DC and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Dr. Bell
has a PhD from Fielding Graduate University and a MBA from UCLA. As a qualified expert, Dr. Bell has testified in Federal and state courts, as well as international tribunals.
